It starts with a Paper Hat made out of newspaper by me.
Then I meet with each child alone to talk over their ideas.
They bring me a picture or a rubber dinosaur that they like and we discuss what they like and what they don't like about it...
I love this time to bond alone with each child.
We construct it together with staples and Packing tape...A heavy duty stapler is the best.
They cut out horns, teeth, eyes and eyelashes and things that can hang off of their dinosaur.
THE result is what follows in this post.
Isn't it fabulous????
Also I have added a video of the parade Morris (my Husband and biggest supporter)
took of the children before we started to sing for the parents.
I love The Dinosaur Time of Year...
We started out thinking we would color them....but then decided they looked better all in white.
Maybe another year they would look great painted...but we definitely don't like crayon.
